06 / Logistics & Requirements

Space, Setup
& Operations

Venue Space

A minimum of 1,200 sq ft of private, dedicated space is required at Marina Bay Sands, close to the main stage or VIP speaker lounge. This accommodates simultaneous grooming stations, portrait studios, a speaker waiting area, and a content creation zone.

Glam Equipment

The Angela Lee team provides all professional makeup and hair equipment — including makeup chairs, makeup tables, lighted vanity mirrors, and all grooming tools and supplies. No makeup or hair equipment is required from the venue.

Photography Equipment

Nick Merzetti's team brings and manages all photography equipment, including studio backdrops, professional lighting rigs, and camera systems. The venue is required to provide only a stable power supply with sufficient outlets.

Hospitality

Basic hospitality within the Prep Lounge is requested from the event organizers, including chilled water, mints, and light refreshments for speakers during their session.
